Once you’ve booked with us, you will be able to schedule your fashion consultation meeting and will get a fashion consultation questionnaire full of fun questions to help us start planning during your meeting! 

Before your session, you’ll receive a ton of information to help you get ready for your session from what to wear, grad announcement samples, clothing store discounts and everything in-between!

This info will also showcase our favorite pieces Seniors usually purchase like albums and print boxes! This will give you all the details you need to show up prepared the day of your session!

During your fashion consultation, we will plan your perfect session and use your questionnaire answers to get to know your personal style. We will also look through all your favorite clothes and sort through the best options for your session. We also are in the process of building our Style Closet that you will have access to. We have also brought in outfits we like from local boutiques to see if it works.

We will talk about locations, colors, clothes, hair, makeup, and everything else you can think of. This is also a great time to go over the whole process, and help you feel at ease about every step. 

Yay! It’s finally here! Darling & Dear seniors usually begin about four and a half hours before the sun sets. At that time you will get your hair and makeup done and we will go through your wardrobe one more time and make sure everything is ready to go! And when it comes to your locations, get excited! We will go from awesome location to location photographing you in all different kinds of light and poses! We plan the time perfectly so that it’s over as the sun starts to set! 

Once your gallery is edited, we'll get back together for your Gallery Reveal & Ordering Session — one of the best parts of the whole experience! Whether we meet in person or hop on a Zoom call, this is where everything comes to life.

We kick things off with a custom senior slideshow set to music — a beautiful first look at your full experience. Then it's time to explore our product line, where you can actually touch and feel everything before making a single decision. No pressure, just excitement.

From there, we'll help you choose the pieces that feel right — whether that's figuring out the perfect photo for a canvas, mapping out a gallery wall, or seeing exactly how a product will look in your space. Everything can be adjusted right in front of you, so what you see is what you get.

We also offer exclusive print collections during this session — our most popular options at special pricing that's only available that day. Bring your parents, your grandparents, whoever loves you most — the more the merrier!

Immediately after ordering, we process your payment and your order is on it’s way! Once it arrives to our studio, we will go over it with a fine-tooth comb to make sure it meets our high standards! When everything is ready, we will package it in our signature boxes and bags and you will receive an email letting you know that it is all ready to be picked up!
